where is the Skill Max limit be adjust ?? Another year ?

HavocGM said that there will be speacial animation effect on Rank 10 weapon.

I am waiting it so long long long :D Hope it will not a Empty Promised from Ndoor..

Perfect Grade is 300% based on normal atk stat.
Master Grade is 200 - 250% based on normal atk stat.
High Grade is 150 - 180% based on normal atk stat BUT it does expire. :D
